Hoa Binh Park in Ho Chi Minh City is one of the most talked about places in this matter. The place is located in the corner of Nguyen Chi Thanh Street and Hung Vuong. Some brothels are forbidden to Vietnamese and you will be asked to show your passport to get in. Apparently this is to avoid troubles with the police.

If you're walking near Benh Thanh Market, you may notice some beauty salons with very pretty girls inside, usually wearing skirts and high heels. If you go further away from the city center, you can find hairdressers or barber shops. The bars all work on the same general basis: You walk in, pick a hostess or two to talk to, buy her a drink or two, then either get busy on location or head out for either short time or long time (all night) off premises.
If you walk in looking like a rookie, you will probably have a hustler or one of the more unattractive women hook up to you. The bars at Hai Ba Trung were easy to find. The bar names matched with the location. So “51” was located at 51 Hai Ba Trung, “91” was at 91 Hai Ba Trung, and so on. You could have reached any of these bars by taxi, moto taxi, or by foot. Be advised that if you take a taxi or motorcycle taxi right to the door, they may try something suspect (like showing you another “better” bar, charging you more and then getting a cut from the bar for “bring you there,” or anything along those lines). It’s preferred to get dropped off on a nearby corner and search the bars yourself. The street numbering in Vietnam is ordered and rational, which can’t always be said for other countries in Asia. Hai Ba Trung is big, open, and safe, so you shouldn’t have any problems.
Bars used to be located at 91, 51, 49, 37 and 35 Hai Ba Trung. There were also a few more on nearby streets. Saigon NY was at the corner of Dong Du and Hai Ba Trung. Thien Loc is at the corner of Hai Ba Truong and Mac Thi Buoi.
